Here you’ll find information about concepts and launched to market projects. In my projects, I leverage the design thinking process and other innovative methodologies, combined with product management and UX/UI skills. My main focus is on creating meaningful, delightful, and user-centric experiences that it does also add value to the business. I believe product and business innovation involves a mix of high-level strategy, a clear vision, collaboration, user research, design, testing, brand identity, and technology abilities.

I have over 5 years of experience leading vision, strategy, and developing user-centric digital products in highly collaborative environments. I’m a former tech-entrepreneur, currently managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of software products for a 200 Fortune Company in the U.S.A. In my years of experience, I learned valuable skills that have helped Organizations with collaboration, team-work, and innovation. DESIGN THINKING

Design Thinking is a repeatable problem-solving approach. The process involves 5 steps: empathize (develop a deep understanding of the problem and learn about the audience for who we are designing), define (articulate the problem and construct an unbiased point of view of the user’s needs), ideate (brainstorm and come up with creative solutions, and select one or a few), prototype (design and build one of various prototypes to test the solution), test (return to your users and test the solution and engage in an innovation cycle to improve your prototype).

LEAN STARTUP

“The Lean Startup provides a scientific approach to creating and managing startups and get a desired product to customers’ hands faster.” – Eric Ries. A core component of the methodology is the build, measure, and learn feedback loop. We will figure out the problem, develop an MVP, define metrics and measure.  This process is mostly used by startups, but it is applicable to projects within organizations as well.

BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

The Business Model Canvas is a visual strategic management tool. This tool allows managers and entrepreneurs to brainstorm ideas for innovating their business models and projects. It helps to simplify complex business areas into a visual chart.

USER CENTERED DESIGN

The User-centered design (UCD) outlines the phases throughout a design and development life-cycle process, while the main focus is on gaining a deep understanding of the users of the product. The idea is to involve the user through the design and innovation process, ensuring the product or concept is fully usable and enjoyable by the user.
